From 2016 to 2018, SOKOL took part in the design and construction of a hotel with a total floor area of more than 2,000 square metres, 9 double rooms with a total floor area of more than 1,500 square metres, a congress centre for hosting events (some 2,000 square metres), a sports facility (more than 3,000 square metres), as well as a multifunctional spa complex.
The design was created by the famous designer of wooden structures, Totan Kuzembaev. The glass walls create the impression that the house is hovering in the air; it is transparent, weightless, dissolved into the surrounding nature. The wooden components used in the design further emphasise the environmental friendliness of the brilliant solution created by this master architect. The clubhouse has a floor area of 1,495 square metres.
