Fibreboard

Segezha Group's fibreboard is made using either one of two production processes: in one process, the timber is dried and pressed, while in the other, water is used to maximise the environmental performance of the product.

Fibreboard

Fibreboard is produced from sawmill waste from conifers and birch. The use of this raw material allows Segezha Group to guarantee the high quality of its fibreboard.

Vyatka Plywood Mill Fibreboard

Wet-processed of T fibreboard grade (Group B) according to GOST 4598-86 and T 3,4 fibreboard grade according to TO 5536-01-05029043-2018.

Coniferous timber is used as a raw material for production.

Lesosibirskiy LDK-1 fibreboard is used in construction, for the production of mouldings, furniture and packaging.

Fruit crates, padding for crates used in the transportation of bottled drinks.

The company makes TCH-35 and TCH-40 medium-density fibreboard in accordance with TU-16.21.14-018-93222532-2023, using a dry continuous production process.

2003 saw the launch of fibreboard production at the plywood mill in Vyatka. The factory utilises equipment manufactured by the German company BISON, ensuring the high quality of the fibreboard it produces.

Fibreboard produced by Vyatka Plywood Mill is used in the manufacture of doors and wall panels, in construction as well as in the production of moulded products and furniture.
