Segezha Packaging successfully implemented a new CRM system in Denmark

Following successful tests and employee training, the new CRM system was launched earlier in October at Segezha Packaging production plant in Denmark.

With the aim to enhance efficiency and improve procedures the new CRM system provides process automation features, as well as allows fully integration within existing ERP system SAP R/3 that

“The CRM software will help us to create a unified sales process route across the entire organization and significantly streamline the communications with customers – from the first contact to closing a sale,” Dmitry Vardashkin, Chief Sales Officer at Segezha Packaging said. “The prompt feedback is extremely necessary and highly appreciated by our customers.”

Launch of the CRM at SP Denmark is a part of the global initiative on the Group level with the goal to establish a unified approach for customer relationship management.

The CRM system based on Terrasoft bpm’online is not only an automation software but can also be flexibly tailored to any specific business processes and needs, including reporting feature.
